• Damaged or defective items: Contact us to hello@elisejoyce.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll work to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

• Change of mind: Returns due to buyer’s remorse are not accepted. Please review item descriptions and sizes carefully before purchasing.
