Elise Joyce, Belgium-based abstract painter, creates flowy and calm paintings working in ink acrylics. Her work explores themes of slow living, peacefulness in the chaos of life.

Raised in a family of musicians, Elise was immersed in the musical arts from an early age. It was not until 18 years old that she found visual arts as another way to express herself. She started with figure drawings and went on to discover watercolor. Few years down the road, she experimented with acrylics and stills enjoys it thoroughly to this day.
